UsedRouter.com Shipping and Payment Policies

We do accept purchase orders from schools, colleges, and government institutions. For all other customers, we accept MasterCard and Visa, American Express, Wire Transfer, Certified Check. We can also ship COD/Certified Check. Payment on terms may be allowed for repeat customers decided on a case by case basis. Returns made on working used equipment are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

We prefer to ship FedEx or UPS but DHL or Airborn Express are also an option.
We can usually have it to your location overnight if needed. Additional Fee(s) may apply for special shipping. All equipment will ship from our warehouse located at our main office.

We can also ship overseas if needed and we only charge exact shipping costs. For most customers outside the USA and Canada wire transfer is the only form of payment we will accept. Overseas customers can either arrange to have the equipment picked up here, or supply a shipping acccount number or we can ship the equipment and have your company pay for taxes and duties in your specified country.
